On a health binge after letting weight get out of control! It had ballooned up to 252#! Had a colonic in May to start things off on good footing! Began preparing and ingesting smoothies of blueberries, honey, and other fruits to replace a meal!
ReplyDeleteIn addition to doing smoothies, studied and took suggestions on intermittent "fasting!" It seems rather simple and only requires being able to tell time! Last night, Sunday 6/10/18, I had a smoothie right before 6 PM! To get into a state that burns body fat, you just need to abstain eating or drinking anything for 16 hours! After digestion, 6-12 hours is usually where people fall to start burning fat! For most we're burning at least 4 hours of fat before breaking fast! It was rather easy to wait until after 10 AM to have 1st meal of the day; a spinach omelet, toast, & coffee! Having smoothie for lunch, then a sandwich or Chinese food at 5 PM, have my teeth brushed, and all supplements taken by 6 pm! Simple! I can tell the difference after just 1 day! ;-)
Have lost 40#'s so far, so this program is working quite well! Sitting at 210# at the moment and still going strong! ;-)
